Facts about India
Ayodhya is a city and the administrative headquarters of Faizabad district in UP. It is the birthplace of Rama and setting of the epic Ramayana.
The word “Ayodhya” is a regularly formed derivation of the Sanskrit verb yudh, “to fight, to wage war”. Yodhya is the future passive participle, meaning “to be fought”; the initial a is the negative prefix; the whole, therefore, means “not to be fought” or, means “jise yudhya me jeeta na ja sake”.
English translation- ” City which can’t be won in a war”.
Thought of the day
Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.
Joke of the day
After the war between Ravana and Rama,
Hanumanji submitted his Travel Allowance Bill to Ayodhya administration for his official tour to collect Sanjeevani Booti .
The Auditor in Bill Section raised 3 objections :
(1) Hanumanji did not take prior permission from the appropriate authority (Bharat), the King of Ayodhya, during the relevant time for his travel
(2) Hanumanji being a Grade 2-officer was not entitled to air travel;
(3) Hanumanji was asked to bring Sanjeevani Booti, just a single plant, but he carried a whole mountain (unauthorized excess baggage).
The Auditor returned the bill. King Ram could do nothing except marking it for re-examination.
A worried Hanumanji approached the Auditor and offered % of the T.A.Bill.
The Auditor now wrote on the Bill :
Re-examined :
- Even during the relevant time, Ram was still the king through his Paduka and as journey was performed on Sri ram’s instruction, it is acceptable.
- Also excess baggage is justified as bringing a wrong plant would have entailed multiple journeys with extra cost; hence bill may be paid.
Ram ji shocked !!😧
That’s Accounts…..

Why❓❓❓
why octopus blood is blue
The blue blood is because the protein, haemocyanin, which carries oxygen around the octopus’s body, contains copper rather than iron like we have in our own haemoglobin.
Octopuses have 9 brains because, in addition to the central brain, each of 8 arms has a mini-brain that allows it to act independently. Octopuses have blue blood because they have adapted to cold, low oxygen water by using hemocyanin, a copper rich protein.
