- Today The Supreme Court held that ayurvedic doctors covered under AYUSH are also entitled to the benefit of enhanced superannuation age of 65 years (raised from 60 years), at par with allopathic doctors and that “both render service to patients and on this core aspect and there is nothing to distinguish them.”

- Today the Rajasthan High Court has held that orders passed by Rent Tribunal are not amenable to the writ jurisdiction of the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution, They can be challenged only by invoking the power of superintendence of the High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution.
