- Today A special bench of the Supreme Court will continue hearing the petition file by a 17-year-old Delhi student Aditya Dubey concerning rising levels of air pollution in the Delhi.
- Today the Supreme Court reiterated that during the probation period of an employee, it is always open for the employer to cancel the candidature or terminate his service without notice, in case of any suppression of material facts or submission of false information by such employee. - Today the Bombay High Court commuted death sentence of three men convicted in the 2013 Shakti mills gang rape case to life imprisonment.
- Today the Supreme Court directed the Union Ministry of Home Affairs to provide two additional companies of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) to ensure that municipal elections underway in Tripura can take place without disruptions.
